People from all walks of life experience
problems with anxiety (including performance anxiety), procrastination,
depression, relationship problems and low self esteem.
My expertise lies in helping people to find
answers and alternatives to these problems.
By using the most appropriate techniques
from established sources and therapies, including NLP (Neuro
Linguistic Programming), counselling, hypnosis and EFT (Emotional
Freedom Technique), I can help you identify what’s holding
you back, increase your personal resources and help to determine
a path to take you forward.
Your needs and objectives are at the heart
of my practice. We can walk together on every part of your journey
towards becoming the best that you can be.
What is NLP?
NLP looks at the way in which we think and process our thoughts
(Neuro), the language patterns we use (Linguistic) and our behaviours
(Programming) and how these interact to have a positive (or
negative) effect on us as individuals.
It is a collection of a wide range of methods
and models which create an understanding of thought process,
emotions and behaviour. With NLP, you can begin to change the
way you think, feel and act. If your life is not showing the
results you would like, you can use NLP techniques to create
new, positive, and ultimately automatic reactions and responses.
Confidentiality
As part of my practice, my priority is to provide a space in
which you can feel safe and comfortable. I do this by ensuring
that our sessions are not interrupted by outside distractions
or phonecalls (except in emergencies) and by ensuring that you
are happy with the level of privacy provided. Any personal information
you share will not be divulged to any third party without your
specific consent.
"Elisabeth's empathy, dedication and
advice is of the highest order. She has the ablity to identify
the root of your problem and help you resolve your attitude
towards it. Working privately with Elisabeth was so rewarding
that we invited her to teach communication skills on our own
teacher training programme. We've never regretted that decision."
